Just a typical small town Family Cafe where everybody knows everybody else. I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and fried okra. It was perfectly cooked. The chicken had a good covering of breading and it was incredibly juicy on the inside the way Chicken Fried Chicken should be. I will be back next time I'm hungry for some down home cooking
Drove by and the parking lot was packed, turned around and we were not disappointed. Fixed menu on Sunday.I had the fried chi,cken, my wife had the cube steak. Both were very good.Price was reasonable and portions were pretty large. Wait staff were very friendly, even for newbies.We will definitely go back. Nice of the beaten path type place.
