The line was long, and the wait was long. The cashier was okay. I ordered a spiced chicken sandwich and an iced tea, BTW they don't offer a senior anything!!! Not a cheap drink, not a discount NOTHING!! Anyway the sandwich was barely warm. And my second or maybe third I saw a red and pink little grissely and gross looking hunk of something in the meat. Well I yanked it out and was through at that point. I was going to complain but with the miles of people I figured what's the point, what are they going to do?? Give me another lukewarm tumor sandwich? Yea,,no thanks...I will take my business elsewhere..my appetite was gone anyway. Eight dollars for a tea. Do yourself a favor stay away from Chick-fil-A!!!

Our go-to place in Franklin. There is an indoor playground that is sanitized regularly. They have high hairs and mats for the tables. There is a stool in the bathroom for kiddos to wash there hands. Check the local Facebook page for happenings. We have lucked out certain days and gotten to see the cow mascot, the balloon guy, and once even got to ride ponies.

Hard not to like this place. Consistent great service and food was at 5 stars but I’ve noticed both the biscuits and chicken on them are smaller than in previous years and that of many other locations. They also seem to be getting dryer. Was just in Atlanta so went to another one, it was just like it’s always been. Seems to be a location issue and they never respond to these reviews and comments so there you go.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this Franklin location missed the mark. We ordered a large fry and twice received a less-than-full fry carton. We had to go back again before the manager — who was very friendly — finally got it right. Polite service, but it shouldn’t take three tries to fill a fry carton. 🍟

Clean place with sweet workers. Only problem is corporate rushing them to get orders through so fast! You can't look at menu before ordering and have to drive while they walk beside your car and punch it in. Those kids shouldn't have to be out there in the snow , cold, rain or whatever else. The amount of electricity pumping out heat into the abyss is insane as well but thats company issues and not anything to do with this actual restaraunt! Those kids bust their tails to provide fabulous service and food and are doing great!!!
