We had a great experience during our recent visit to Chick-fil-A! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere, even during a busy time.
We ordered the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, waffle fries, and a refreshing lemonade everything was freshly made and delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The waffle fries were hot and golden, and the lemonade had just the right balance of sweet and tart.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The team members were polite, attentive, and efficient. Our order was ready quickly, and they even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The food is consistently good! Everything always seems fresh!! I personally love their salads and chicken nugget meal. The mobile ordering is definitely the way to go. The only negative to this is that you have to merge in with the other line which slows things down. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.

I feel like I the biscuits have gone down hill lately. The chicken biscuits used to be so delicious.
The friendliest Chick-fil-A around! All they staff is interacted with were lovely and funny. Services was speedy and food was delicious. The whole store was super clean (including the bathrooms). Keegan took my order and he was super polite and got my custome order perfect 👌

Love my local crew! The only complaint I have is about the other drive thru lane. I use mobile order service and drive a large truck. It would be better if the other lane was utilized completely so vehicles don’t have to merge back into one (large trucks don’t fit easily when merging).

A new more personal take on "fast food" is how I would describe the Chick Fil A here in Franklin. While the Chick Fil A company has obviously been around for years I was impressed when I went through the drive thru at our local store. They often have employees outside on the side of the drive thru lanes to take your order and let you pay with them instead of ordering through a speaker system that can be difficult to understand one another. This also allowed my children to order for themselves which meant a lot especially to my younger ones. They were just as fast if not faster than the typical drive thru experience and were very patient as I paid with multiple gift cards. The staff were friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. The food, as it is with every store I have been to, was absolutely delicious and filling.
