Ummm .... Usually great but not tonight. Both burgers were wrong. Drink had ice when req. none. Fries were way too salty. No napkins... again. Had to drive back and go through the line again. Carolina Burger was STILL not right with a huge slice of onion rather than the diced ones. Naturally I was nice about it and they were super nice.I would still recommend Cook Out for fast food, however.

A crew member of mine ordered the cheese curds and they did him in. He was out of work for three days and was either in the bathroom or comatose in the bed. He barely ate anything asides from basic starches and probably lost a noticeable amount of weight throughout the ordeal. A young vivacious frisbee proficient man reduced to a pale husk by one single side item. One star added because the okra was pretty good when they still had it.

I stopped eating here because my hamburger is always raw. EVERY TIME!!! I just bring it home take the hamburger out and put it in a pan for a couple of minutes. Which is ridiculous because if I wanted to cook I would just cook at home.How hard is it to keep the Burger on there a little longer? It's every single time!

Ive heard bad things about this place but i figured id come see for myself. Had a really big order and they got everything correct. Customer service was great and all the workers are super friendly. Everything was fresh and came out pretty quick. We got a good amount of food for the price we paid definitely get your money's worth here. Will definitey come back soon.

Rudest service I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant. I love cookout and have eaten at cookouts many times. The service today was awful. We couldn’t hear the total through the drive thru intercom so my boyfriend said “what”? And the employee yelled the total back to us really hateful. When we went up to the window he tried nicely telling the guy we simply couldn’t hear him and he was a complete jerk back to us for absolutely no reason! Is this the best customer service cookout can get? My goodness.

Got two chicken quesadillas when we got home to eat I had two tortillas no chicken no cheese nothing and I asked for queso and when I got the queso that I paid for there was less than 1/4 of a tablespoon in the cup and this has happened multiple times and twice now I have ordered a cajan ranch chicken wrap that had absolutely no chicken in it just cheese sauce and lettuce DO NOT go to the cook out in Franklin it’s sucks

Came here around dinner time and was asked to drive away from the window and they would bring my food out. It took so long I thought they forgot about me. The manager finally brings my food and practically shooed me away to make room for another car to pull over. The icing on top of the cake was not receiving a whole tray I paid for.

This location is the sadest excuse of a cookout. The past 3 times i have been, either the service has been horrible, our order has been wrong, or both. I went tonight, around 12:20 a.m. and the service was surprisingly good but, i got home and not only was i missing forks and a straw, i ordered 2 meals with drinks and got one straw, but the fries were also missing from my box. (i ordered a tender meal with cajun fries and walking taco, and a quesadilla meal with onion rings and a walking taco, the onion rings were in the box with the tenders and the quesadilla meal just had the walking taco.) Usually i wouldn't say it was a big deal, but the repetition is ridiculous.
