Me, my sister & my 17 month old stopped by for an ice cream & Lilly went above & beyond for us. She was polite, caring & on top of being great at her job and having top notch customer service, she played peekaboo with my toddler and let him run around the empty dining room - gave us a wet rag for the mess he made and offered him some gummy bears when he started to get cranky. 5 of us stopped in for an afternoon treat and were very satisfied with the selection of ice cream as well as the friendly staff. We were the only ones there (about 3:30pm) and the lady was very helpful with our flavor selections and accommodating when some of us changed our minds. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Franklin.

We were there on 8/21/23. Excellent service and ice cream. They make every waffle cone fresh there and even make them into a waffle bowl, which is what we got. They offered vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon waffle cones. The Hershey's ice-cream was very good also.
