Real Cuban food which is delicious. We had the chicken bowls, medianoche sandwiches and rice and beans with teas. I was helped out to my car by the staff with my to go order. Nice people, good sized portions, great food.

Sorry, not Cuban food. Quesadillas are Mexican not Cuban, pork extremely salty. Carne asada, frijoles negros, Maduros, harina en cazuela are typical Cuban among other ones. Food may be good but definitely not authentic Cuban, more Mexican style.

**ALWAYS call before you go!**The Cuban food here is delicious, IF you can find a time when they’re actually open and willing to sell it to you. We’ve dined in twice and ordered takeout twice since December. We’ve *TRIED* to eat here at least 6 other times when they closed early or stopped taking orders because they were too busy or out of ingredients. One time, my husband called at 6:15pm to place a pick-up order, they told him they were really busy right now call back in 30 mins and they’ll take the order… so he called back at 6:45 and they told him they weren’t taking phone orders, only in person orders. He was already in the area and drove over, only to be told at 7pm that the kitchen staff was “tapped out”. Maybe they would have better luck keeping up if they had a reasonably sized menu instead of serving Cuban + Mexican + pizza + Mac and cheese + apparently sushi now??I really hope this place gets their act together. I work till 5:30/6 in Sylva, so I physically can not get back to Franklin early enough to eat here if they’re gonna close 2 hours early every day (and they’re only open 4 days a week!!) My husband is ready to boycott them forever after they lied to him about being able to take his order if he called back. But honestly, as much as that also pissed me off, I really need yuca frita in my life and I would GLADLY spend money here on a weekly basis if only they were open!

We obviously weren't expecting anything super authentic, but we just weren't impressed. I ordered the sloppy jose. I thought at least it'd be good because of all the cheese, but it just seemed very plain and greasy. All of our food was greasy. And the croquetas weren't good at all either. It was a sunday and there were a lot of people. Seemed liked there may have been one or two cooks. Might be why the food wasn't good. The place and the service were nice. But not the food. Don't plan on going back.

The Cuban sandwich was out of this world good. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The one star deduction is only because the service is slow. It's also a popular spot for kids birthdays so keep in mind it's likely to be loud.
Food was amazing the quesidilla with black beans and rice and plantains massive and the homemade garlic mojo was over the top. Crazy atmosphere with everything going on all around. We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing Cuban food. Hoping they keep their menu authentic to what they do best - super flavorful, beautifully plated authentic Cuban dishes. I am nervous being tied to the Factory may cause or force them to compromise with adding more pizza and burgers because they should definitely be a stand alone Cuban place in town. By far some of the best food you can get in the area! Our favorites are the Medianoche and Cuban Sandwiches, Havana Chicken Bowl, Palomillo Steak Bowls and the Yucca Bowl. They have several gluten free options which is important for us with food allergies.
Wow, this place........ Amazing , just amazing flavors , amazing atmosphere, great service!!! Sabe brutal!!!!!!!

We were surprised to find this place in this venue but let me tell you the food was amazing and the service was on point. There’s no full service but don’t worry is all worth cause the food was out of this world.
