We stopped in to grab something for breakfast before hitting the road. I had the Sourdough sandwich and my son had a bagel sandwich with sausage. And we got a pair of holes on the stick too. Lol. Everything was done perfectly.

Quality of my simple iced coffee order is wildly inconsistent. It seems every time i get the same exact drink it comes out different every time. Im not even sure how that happens but it does. I had a bad experience today as they didnt put the standard amount of cream and sugar in a large drink that it always comes with. (4 creams, sugar and flavor)I got to my car and the drink was way darker then normal and tasted awful. Im not one to speak up when something is wrong but I was bummed. So I pulled around to the drive through and told them my drink wasnt sweet enough and the ratio displayed on the sticker on the cup wasnt correct (it said 2 sugar, 1 cream). When I pulled up to the window i tried to show the girl that all that was wrong was the ratio of cream and sugar. She wanted nothing to do with listening to what i was saying, and said they would just make me another one and she closed the window.They did make me another one...the SAME way they made the first one! I don't like to complain or ever make anyone feel bad, but I dont do many things for myself and the iced coffee I like is a little treat i do just for me, so this situation just really bummed me out was all.Also this location is consistently out of items, out of cream, out of caramel, out of mocha. Im not sure who does the ordering but they are definitely not qualified for the position...

Out of mocha…every time I go to Dunkin now they don’t have any mocha! I understand not having it once, but running out one week and then having it, running out again a few days later… Whoever is ordering shipments is being cheap and inconsiderate of the customers. Instead of ordering the bare minimum, it benefits the company to order more than they know they need. THIS IS A CORPORATE COFFEE SHOP. Running out of popular items like mocha affects your business performance, customer experience, and at the end of the day, employee morale.. I couldn’t imagine what the poor employees are going through. This Dunkin is being managed poorly and the ladies being trained here are being taught to treat customers like a number on their drive screen, instead of a person who expects the bare minimum and a ‘thank you for coming to Dunkin’. I work in retail myself and fast food in the past so it’s especially sad that I feel so inclined to leave this poor review. I love Dunkin and their coffee. But I no longer feel like it’s worth my time to come here a couple times a week like I always have been when the one flavor I expect to be there is never available.

Friendly staff of young gals, big problem was the $6 breakfast sandwich that had one piece of bacon broken in half, beware of any breakfast sandwich with bacon, highly over priced rip off. Croissant used to make sandwich was microwaved not toasted. Waited for coffee for 10min and finally asked, only then was notified they had to *brew a fresh pot " but my cup was luke warm at best immediately after receiving...lots of execution problems with simple 3 ingredient sandwich and cup of coffee.

Donuts have been fresh every time I go. The staff has always been patient, friendly, helpful and fast to assist customers. If you're wanting to grab a quick bite especially if you're on the go I would recommend swinging by!

My friends and I swung by here during a road trip to North Carolina. We got 50 munchkins, a few orders of regular and loaded tatter tots, and a two breakfast burritos. The order came out quick and the munchkins were locked and loaded. My biggest thing is the change in recipe for the glazed munchkins! It is either that or they were incredibly stale given it being the middle of the day. Staff were friendly so I wouldn't mind coming to this location again in the future.

Stood in line for about five minutes waiting to order a simple coffee. But there was one lady running the register wanting to chit chat with another customer. There was an older couple in front of me that was trying to use the self service kiosk but needing some help but when they asked for help it seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. There was one lady making all the drinks for both the drive thru and the counter others just walking around and a manager that was trying to help out where she could but it looked like there was so much chaos going on.

The people are awesome and helpful. The issue I had was allergy related. I ordered vanilla crème filled and when I bit into it, it was lemon filled and I’m allergic to that.You couldn’t see what was inside. They said they didn’t even have lemon filled that day…but they had at least one and I got it. ?They were very kind and offered to make me fresh doughnuts one day.
