I got carry out here once. It was gross. The red flag should’ve been the interior. I couldn’t tell if the restaurant was open or closed. Dirty, fans & buckets on floor. I don’t know how it stays in business.

This place.... this IS the place. Best freaking Asian persuasion food out there. He don't skimp on it either. If you're a hobbit, you can use a meal here for 2 meals, which is what I usually do because he gives you so much food. It's more tasty than anything else out here. When you park, does it seem like you might encounter some nefarious Yakuza deal in a deserted non-lit parking lot, maybe, but the food is the best.

We just picked up food here for the first time and everyone threw their plates in the trash. The meat had a weird color and taste. The pick up area was disgusting and If that’s how the front looks I can only imagine what the cooking area looks like. The cook/ owner came out with greasy food on his bare hands when he took payment. We brought back the remaining untouched food for a refund and the owner started yelling and refused to give a refund. I asked for at least half a refund and he started screaming more and refused to even give half refund. He then dumped the food out all over the counter while yelling at me, I just walked out at that point.

This is take out only so atmosphere doesn't count!! The servings were hugh and not greasy at all. Orange chicken and general taso chicken were both great!! The House Special Soup was full of veggies and very good. The crab ran goons were really good!!

Was hopeful to get some good take out Chinese food but this was not it. Chicken was mostly skin and fat that didn't get trimmed off or even crisped up in the frier so it was chewy. One dish was over seasoned with sodium to the point of being inedible. I'm not likely to order from here again.
The fellow who owns the Fortune House is a treasure. Excellent chef, and kind as can be. Call in your order early, as he is in demand. Great food and plenty of it.

Best Chinese in Franklin! Crab Rangoon's are the best I’ve ever had. Way too much food for the amount paid. Basically spending $8-$10 for two meals. Amazing!

We love getting take out from here. The owner is super generous with portions and the food is always super hot and fresh, and always tastes good. Very consistent. Another person commented on the restaurant not knowing what has happened to the business, and that there were no customers. Well they are not open on the inside to seat people! It’s just the owner who cooks your food and takes orders and yes we do wait 20mins to 1hr or more each time. We call and ask how long the wait is or how busy it is sometimes, but usually we drop by and order, go do something, and then come back. Because it’s worth it! And please give a nice tip to him if you can. He helps people out, and we try to help him out. ❤️ I’ll be very sad if he ever closes :( He has zero issue staying busy by the way, he’s always busy. So that should tell ya something. 😋😁 The crab Rangoon are actually some of the best I’ve had. And every other thing I’ve tried I like so try anything. 🤷🏻♀️

Your menu says 6 chinken wings not 4. You can tell you shorted the chinken wings when you have a lot of rice left over and no more chinken.
