Went here for the first time while I was on vacation. Great service, friendly staff, very attentive. Even when it was busy, we were never in want of refills, and she checked on us regularly. The food was good; however, my personal preference is to have more smoke on the pork and brisket.
The best BBQ restaurant in Western North Carolina is here in Franklin, it is Haywood Smokehouse.
Whatever you crave brisket, chicken, pork, turkey, mac n' cheese, collard greens, brunswick stew, french fries, coleslaw, baked beans and more, they have it all and it is all delicious!

My brisket sandwich was delicious and my wife stated that her pork sandwich was the best she ever had! (and she's picky)
