Best pulled pork I've ever had, and I've lived in WNC all my life. The collars are phenomenal too. Their sauces are awesome too the SOB is my favorite, it's a little sweet and a good bit of heat. Service was good, and the atmosphere is to be expected from a BBQ joint this far out, but the food is amazing. It's not cheap, but its far from overpriced. I have driven 45 minutes for a pulled pork sandwich from Haywood Smokehouse before.
Some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. We were visiting from out of town, tried it one night, it was so good we ended up coming back the following night. Our server was Candice both nights, she was great and recommended some items on the menu that we may not have ordered without her advice but ended up being amazing. So good. As bbq connoisseurs, we were impressed. Everything was tender and homemade. Service was excellent and warm. Highly recommend. Way better than highland’s smokehouse hands down
