Hair in Ice cream. Last week I was here with my family and we had gotte. 2 kids cups and 2 small cups. Ice cream was good, however the issue was hair. The ice cream is very delicious. The service was sub-par. The attendants were unfriendly, not helpful--barely adequate. If they don't get some good friendly, helpful people working there, they are going to lose business.
This establishment has declined in quality since the change in ownership. The staff is inattentive, frequently runs out of popular ice cream flavors, and closes prior to the posted hours of operation. It is unfortunate, as this used to be a preferred establishment. It appears that Sylva will now receive our business. This is very disappointing.

Guests appreciate the accommodating staff, who are very polite and quick to help, especially with children. Many reviewers say this is the best ice cream place they have been to, praising the creamy ice cream and excellent service. The staff is known for being very polite and making the experience enjoyable. They often make large waffle cones for groups and are quick to replace dropped cones. Customers recommend visiting for the nostalgic, old-fashioned feel of the store. However, some mention that popular flavors like cookies and cream are often out, and it would be nice if they rotated flavors more frequently. Despite this, the kid-friendly spot remains highly recommended for a special treat.
