The food was absolutely terrible. Didn't have the chicken that we ordered had to substitute something else. They were out of gravy.The chicken tastes like it was cooked all day. Absolutely terrible will not be back.

This is the second time we have eaten at the Franklin nc KFC it was so nasty the pot pie was so dry and the chicken looked black and you could eat it . We also got chicken strip same thing it was nasty I wish we could post pics but we will never eat there again . Will be calling the manger tomorrow

I swear every time I go to this store in the evenings I get the worst possible customer service. The absolutely worst. Kim was her name today. Rude from the time we pulled up through the drive thru until we left. Horrible person to have running the window. Lazy, terrible people skills and her attitude was disgraceful. I’ve never walked into this location but both times I door dashed from here I got no silverware and no drink that I ordered. We’re camping. Kind of depending on the plastic utensils coming with the overpriced crap food.
