I swear every time I go to this store in the evenings I get the worst possible customer service. The absolutely worst. Kim was her name today. Rude from the time we pulled up through the drive thru until we left. Horrible person to have running the window. Lazy, terrible people skills and her attitude was disgraceful. Please find people that want to work. Thank you.

I’ve never walked into this location but both times I door dashed from here I got no silverware and no drink that I ordered. We’re camping. Kind of depending on the plastic utensils coming with the overpriced crap food.

Ran through the drive through today because I wasn’t feeling good and didn’t want to cook. My husband ordered a bucket of chicken and two sides. When we got home we saw that they didn’t give us the chicken that we ordered (extra crispy) or the types of pieces we wanted. Not to mention all of the pieces were falling apart, tough, and just gross. The container of mashed potatoes was only half full. Overall I will never go back to this place it was a complete waste of money.

My Wife and I came thru the drive thru and ordered two 7.00 fill up we weren't told beforehand that there was no ice for our drinks .But we could go next door to Taco Bell if we want ice for our drinks which cost us.50 for two cups of ice . Then our food was terrible not fit to eat dry My wife got fries that were like leather.
I've always liked KFC chicken. Today I went to buy a combo and the woman who served us was very rude, gave us a dirty look and didn't offer us drinks. It will definitely be the last time I go. That woman gave us dirty looks and is not good at serving.

We had a great experience this evening! Especially after having to fight thru the holiday craziness. The sweetest lady, her name is Brandy took our order & was very accommodating. We're pleased with our service & our food & we'll definitely be back when we're over that way.
