The Calabash Shrimp was delicious, served with collard greens and cheese grits. The collard greens were a little on the sweet side but had a good heat. The grits were ok. The owner made it a point to speak to everyone who entered. The service was excellent, and the food was extremely fresh and cooked perfectly.
