We were in town in vacation and dined with Lucio’s - the food was at best average. I have never had chicken parmigiana with the chick just grilled or I am not sure what was done to it.

Why are half the restaurants in this town closed on Tuesdays?

This is the worst “Italian food “ (If you can even call it that )I’ve ever had it used to be good a long time ago. This is the second time I’ve been there that the food was disgusting My pasta was brought out without my mozzarella on top and when the mozzarella arrived, it was covered in tomato sauce and not melted. My spaghetti looked as if you poured a jar of sauce on top
no one ate the rolls were cold terrible experience I will never go there again.
Not authentic Italian food anymore

(Roach Infestation)
Server has no clue what veal medallions and veal cutlets are and he’s been working there for several years. Looked at us like we had three heads when we asked. The fried calamari was nothing but a bunch of fried breading. Chicken cutlet was not a breaded chicken cutlet. It was more like a boneless chicken thigh boiled and covered in mozzarella cheese. The sauce taste was off as well.
The icing on the cake was that the place was infested with German cockroaches. The kids were sitting along the back booth and there were tons of cockroaches crawling all up on the wall. We called the owner over and she nonchalantly said oh yeah they just sprayed today and blew us off like this is normal. No apology, no compensating us with a dessert with a drink, nothing. That is so unprofessional.
They were closed for the past four days and she has the exterminators coming on the day that they open to spray? Never again! Our meals were ruined. Where are the inspectors in the town of Franklin? They’ve completely lost our business. Place is way too old run down and infested.

Place was packed and staff a little overwhelmed. I bet it’s great when not so busy. So will wait to leave a review next time we come to town. No photos this time but maybe next time.

Tonight's meal was terrible.... chicken sorrento seemed like a 1/4 piece of a boneless breast of chicken and a slice of eggplant, and I had ordered the side of potatoes as my side item. The potatoes were absolutely the worst food item I've tried in a very long time.... I left hungry.... the service was good as usual.... I guess next time I'll get some sort of pasta .....

Food was great! Absolutely loved it. The issues happened as I was leaving. I will preface this review by saying we were a large party.

Our server had not taken my checkbook from the table- I had to tell him he forgot it. After finally paying, I signed the receipt and left. I left him a 20% tip as cash on the table. I work in a restaurant and know cash doesn’t get taxed, so I figured that was satisfactory. And I left it in front of my plate in clear view.

He didn’t bother to check the table and instead followed me out of the restaurant to frustratingly ask me if I was going to tip. As a guest I’m not, and neither is anyone else, OBLIGATED to tip.

I always tip with a base of 20% and go above if service is wonderful- but I do NOT have to. That behavior was EXTREMELY disrespectful and I hope he has more tact in the future. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Aside from that, as I stated before, everything else was great!

The main courses are great, but even the salad and bread are top-notch. The service staff is always friendly and professional.

I just love this restaurant! The food is so darn good. I'm a vegetarian and they offer their tomato sauce without meat and it is so good! The only suggestion that I offer is the choice of silverware. It seems as though they ran out of the good silverware and we had awful looking silverware that looked like it came from the dollar tree. It was dull, flat and cheap looking. Otherwise, the food and service was excellent!
