This place is a joke…. You order traditional wings, and instead of calling and letting you know “hey we are out of traditional, and we only have the nasty breaded boneless ones”, they fill the order and don’t tell you till you drive all the way over there, but hey, they threw in a couple of extra to help with the price difference……. No wonder papa John’s is failing….

It took forever to get our pizza.
I've tried this place twice and each time the manager/only employee pressured me for a tip for a pickup order. The pizza when we got it was below average and certainly not worth waiting hours for.I will NEVER eat here again.

If you’re looking for a pizza experience that blows past the ordinary, Papa John’s in Franklin—under the leadership of Skyler, the GM—has got you covered. From the moment you walk in, there’s a vibe that sets this location apart. The staff operates like a well-tuned engine, clearly driven by Skyler’s dynamic management style. You can tell right away that this isn’t just another pizza shop; it’s a crew that takes pride in what they serve.

The pizzas? Absolute perfection. Fresh dough that springs to life in the oven, toppings so meticulously placed they look like art, and that signature garlic sauce waiting to ruin your diet plans in the best way possible. The consistency here is unreal. Whether you order at 2 PM on a slow Tuesday or 8 PM on a chaotic game night, every slice feels like it was crafted with care.

What really makes this Papa John’s stand out is the level of service. Skyler runs a tight ship, and you feel it. Deliveries are fast, orders are accurate, and even the smallest interactions—whether it’s a quick “thank you” or a “have a great day”—feel genuine. Skyler has managed to turn what could be a standard fast food joint into a neighborhood staple where everyone feels welcome.

And don’t even get me started on the customer-first mentality. Got a complicated order? No problem. The staff handles it without a blink. Something goes wrong? Skyler makes it right before you even have time to feel frustrated. It’s clear that this isn’t just about pizza for him—it’s about community, relationships, and ensuring every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.

The energy at this Papa John’s mirrors that of a winning sports team: driven, fun, and focused on delivering results every single time. If you haven’t tried this location yet, you’re seriously missing out. Skyler and his crew are turning dough and cheese into an experience you’ll want to keep coming back for.

DEALT WITH SKYLER. Has to be one of the best customer service interactions.I've had in a long time and I'm going through a lot in life.So for me to feel good off of a customer service interaction ordering a pizza he must be doing something right. I had several questions.I was a little frazzled and he called me down and talked to me like a real person AND I APPRECIATE THAT

We were hesitant to order from here after seeing the negative reviews but decided to try it anyways and I’m glad we did. We ordered pickup and the employees were very friendly and double checked that our order was correct. Great experience.

This is the worst pizza place in the history of pizza . WOW! Order 8 items…..I got (4), with (NO) pizza. Even the delivery driver told me never ever ever order from them. It appears they need new management. I gave them (3) attempts and they got worse each time. STAY AWAY! Wow! Why would d add nobody order $80+ dollars without a pizza? Lol…..It is a pizza delivery service.C’mon ….It’s a joke!

The employees here work very hard, even understaffed and having to deal with all you Karen's every time I go in these guys are pleasant and courteous and most importantly the pizza is the best in Franklin. Owner is a very nice gentleman and works hard.

The store is always closed. The phone is never answered. I'm guessing this place is going out of business because no one can get ahold of them ever. Which sucks because their pizza is great.

Maybe they are trying... Maybe not! But this place is a joke. We ordered 3 carryout pizzas and it has been over and hour and a half sitting and waiting. While they tell us they will be putting it in soon. ??? You can't let customers know you are short handed OR that it's going to be hours before it's ready. Just stop taking orders. Because it has cost us to miss our son's game waiting!!!! So ridiculous.
