there was a hair cooked in the meat of my cheeseburger, the waitress said she would make a new one and deduct the burger off our bill. we get to the front and the MANAGER was extremely RUDE and unprofessional as raising her voice and speaking to us very rude stating we will be charged because we ate the new burger. just very rude and unprofessional. everyone needs to be on the same page telling us we will not pay for the burger then the manager speaking to us like we are dogs....read full review
March 22nd..Went tonight first time in a while thought we'd give it another try. My husband ordered the seafood buffet he said it was fine. I waited and waited on a waitress to bring me a menu. If I could put a 0 star I totally would. We went to try the seafood buffet and the all you can eat crab legs. Upon arrival we had called and tried to make reservations because there were 13 of us. We was told by the hostess that we can’t make reservations. So when we got there we had to wait 20+ minutes before getting a seat keep in mind we arrived about 6:30.
