How are you going to be out off lettuce and tomato at a subway then saying that it needed to be prepped? They’re always out of something when I go there. This subway is ran by a bunch of lazy children that don’t want to work. Never coming back here again.

I just want to say the people that was in the front desk we're very rude with an attitude also they have their music blaring where we can't even hear nothing so I asked for the manager number and they couldn't give it to me but if I could get the manager's number I will definitely let them know how many we spend good money to eat and stuff but we shouldn't be treated that way and also if we wanted to wash our hands because we just got off work to eat properly and clean I think we should able to use the bathroom we were going to purchase sandwiches anyhow

Online ordering was down. Could not make a payment. The deal was a footlong for $6.99. Went to the store on Highlands Rd Franklin NC. Where I was met with a young guy that told me he could not give the discount. That was only for online ordering. I explain that was not fair and the last time they honored the online discount. He was very rude and demeaning. Worst customer service ever!! I would love to know who the owner of this Subway is so I could make a formal complaint.

Nightmare location - they consistently are incapable of handling an order through the Subway app. They serve everyone who comes in line first and ignore the online orders, even if you go in person and tell them you made an order online. Even worse, they never apologize for poor service. If you order through the app for delivery they rarely provide the correct food; drinks and chips are often forgotten and if you try to call the store to complain or fix the issue the call goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full.

The guy making the sandwiches looked like he was nodding in and out on drugs and asked at least 4 times what kind of sandwich I got while he was making it, the cashier then tried to argue about the bogo deal that was advertised on the door after another employee told me the deal was still open, just to get home and find long black hairs in my sandwich.
