I Came by today for a sub and I open the bag first thing I see if an oily piece of red hair….thats really gross maybe y’all should make you’re workers wear hair nets on top of that it was made really badly….also order a drink with it and just tasted funny….

little boy named Jonathan i believe, had such attitude. laughing at us because we asked for four sandwiches? you work at a sandwich shop dude. sad. almost became a yelling match till the ladies defused it and let him go outside. he threw stuff and left after saying “ai ai ai” to us about the extra sandwich and laughing and being rude. the other workers deserve better while that child sits outside with his temper tantrum.

I came in yesterday evening and a young boy was there . He was very rude to me as an elder woman and his coworker. Made my sandwich very sloppy and insisted on toasting it after I told him I was going to put it in the oven at home as I wasn't going to eat it that day. Asked the other worker for the managers number and she said the best she could do was take a note . I did not give her one as that was also rude ! Also watched her tell a kid there were no more of those special cups when they are clearly advertised
I will not be coming back here this was horrible. Not worth the $14 I spent on one sandwich. Not to mention the arguing when the young man insisted on giving me free double meat and the young lady told him she could not do that and informed be it would be an extra charge ! For only more meat ?

One of the worst experience I’ve had at subway dakota was being very rude to his co workers and was throwing my food around and banging and hitting with the oven supplies. And was very rude. I will not be coming back

Went to the store at 10 20 exactly and employees were still inside 7-28-2025 however I was denied service. They claimed that they were closed and could not help me however I believe it was because I am black. Will not come here again !

How are you going to be out off lettuce and tomato at a subway then saying that it needed to be prepped? They’re always out of something when I go there. This subway is ran by a bunch of lazy children that don’t want to work. Never coming back here again.

I bought two foot long chicken teraki subs and the chicken was frozen and there was no cheddar like I asked.
Homie and down to earth super courteous and helpful staff all the locals know this is where it's at
I just want to say the people that was in the front desk we're very rude with an attitude also they have their music blaring where we can't even hear nothing so I asked for the manager number and they couldn't give it to me but if I could get the manager's number I will definitely let them know how many we spend good money to eat and stuff but we shouldn't be treated that way and also if we wanted to wash our hands because we just got off work to eat properly and clean I think we should able to use the bathroom we were going to purchase sandwiches anyhow

Arrived at 8pm and could not eat there because they turned their toaster off early. Fruitcake girl with short hair and metal in their face. Please hire more appropriate people.

Went in and tried their chicken and cheese three dollar foot long thingy. Chicken was ice cold
Online ordering was down. Could not make a payment. The deal was a footlong for $6.99. Went to the store on Highlands Rd Franklin NC. Where I was met with a young guy that told me he could not give the discount. That was only for online ordering. I explain that was not fair and the last time they honored the online discount. He was very rude and demeaning. Worst customer service ever!! I would love to know who the owner of this Subway is so I could make a formal complaint.
This place never has anything prepared or always has an excuse to not have anything on the sandwich. What a hole! Who ever the manager is clearly doesn't care
