Well I didn't actually make it by there that day Memorial day. But I called to ask if they were open and someone promptly answered the phone and politely said that they were open which in and of itself is something to be commendable. I have been there before and thought that the Subs were good. Now there are a couple of new Sub Shops opening up in Franklin pretty soon. There is going to be some serious competition in the near future...
Food was good. Person making sandwich was kind and friendly. Large order and she did great. Cleanliness was sadly lacking. Glass was dirty ,shredded cheese was on outside bar where u stand. Plenty of staff not doing much and did not help when the one girl was making 6 sandwiches for us.

Stopped in tonight for a couple of Italian subs and, man, they nailed it. Everything was fresh, stacked perfectly, and had that just-right toasted crunch. Adrian and Mandy were absolutely awesome — super friendly, quick, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of customer service is rare these days.
