Get rid of the stupid kiosks and start taking people's orders

This place is terrible. Waited in line for 36 minutes. There was no one else in the restaurant other than a few cars going through the drive-through. The people working had headphones in and you could not get their attention after they messed up the order the first time. After thinking they had finally finished, got home and half my order was missing. Happens almost every time. I’ve probably lost $200 over the last year or so in food that they forget to stick in the bag.

My experience was horrible would not recommend to anyone the workers were cracked out and it wasnt from no taco dust went in 2 different times and still managed to get my order completely wrong

The worst Taco Bell. Terrible experience. The sweet tea machines were open, and I actually saw someone sneeze into them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When this was brought to management’s attention, they were rude and dismissive instead of taking it seriously. Basic food safety and customer service were lacking. Nobody was even behind the counter, Management needs to do much better or be fired.

The food is good but they're so stupid you have to order through the kiosk or else your order will be wrong. They take 20 minutes when barely anyone's in the restaurant, they forgot my sauce too. And they can't label stuff right either.

Careful ordering late at night, the GM will shame and talk about you to her employees while you’re waiting for your food at the window.
Sorry some of us also work late and are hungry getting off work.

We went through the drive through and got a $7 box, a Cantina chicken quesadilla, and three chalupas. First they didn't put our chalupas in the box so I had to go in to get them. Once we got home the quesadilla was torn apart and only one half had stuff in it, the other half was just bare tortilla. Also for all that food they only gave us one single napkin.

Just because your drive through is a little full don't mean to neglect the inside people, telling every one to use the kiosk, do your job and answer the register don't have a registry if you're not going to do that

The slowest Taco Bell ever!! Just standing around and more worried about closing lobby instead of making food. 6-7 employees and 1 making food is ridiculous!!!!! I’m beyond pissed that I’m still waiting on food placed almost 30 minutes ago!

I just went and tried to get a box of food and just swap out for meatless options as of vegetarian and they didn’t have any option to swap out so I went ahead with my regular order of a bean burrito with sour cream that cost $.80 to add And there is barely a speck of sour cream on the damn . Upset and disappointed after spending seven dollars for a single tiny burrito and a drink, which is the same cost as a whole box of food in a drink just because I’m a vegetarian You should be ashamed of yourself to charge $.80 and not even put the sour cream in there
