The food is delicious. The staff are polite. This is the fourth order that my food hasn't been correct. I ordered the chicken cantina bowl and when I got home there's no chicken. 3 other precious orders a drink and food were missing. (Door dashed orders). This needs to be corrected.

It's one of most annoying fast food places in Franklin to use the drive-thru. The speaker system for drive-thru is in very bad shape. My had to repeat my order 3 times ($7 Luxe Box) and when I got home I was surprised to find a chicken quesadilla! To make matters worse I was waiting in drive-thru for 12 minutes and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Further, it looked like there was one overworked employee serving both the counter and drive-thru. The owner was utterly unresponsive to my email to the corporate web site - I'm surprised by that since I asked to be contacted. As Taco Bell patrons will tell you, their food is not at all inexpensive. The drive-thru area is looking kind of ghetto and it has a big pothole. Maybe the owner is having financial difficulties so I don't want to be critical. Also, I am well aware that the labor market is quite difficult these days.

Kinda a joke the manager can’t show up on time to open the restaurant when they are supposed to. Showed up a hour and half after they “open” just to find out the manager just got there and nothing is done so they can’t serve me

Sticky booths and sticky tables. Dining hall needed to be cleaned and swept. We did stop in on a Friday afternoon, so maybe it was just after a rush. Not enough staff. The cashier stated she was both taking orders and preparing the food. Not the best experience, but not indicative of all Taco Bell restaurants.

This location refuses to do DoorDash orders at night despite showing as open on the apps and open to in-person customers, even ignoring the phone calls from DD’s customer service. However, the food is great and the service during day hours is good. It would just be better if they switched off DD after they stop serving for it.

My son and I pulled into the drive thru , straight to the coms, and ordered one of my favorites for each of us (double decker taco supreme is back, baby). It was the perfect snack. And boy, did they make them good. I hope they keep it on the menu because I hate being that person who says, 'Do you remember the double decker taco? Could you make that and just charge me extra for a soft and crunchy taco?' LOL! Everyone was polite and worked efficiently. It's nice when a team seems to work well together. TACO BELL, PLEASE KEEP THE DOUBLE DECKER TACO ON YOUR MENU! 🤞❤️
I enjoy being at Taco bell. But on the other hand my tacos were just through together it has lettuce and cheese all over the paper. It just don't seem like the tacos were made respectively it was just a super messy Taco everything was falling out everywhere but service was great and people were very courteous.

The last 4 visits we have made to Taco Bell here in Franklin, our food has been really disappointing. The quality of the food has really went downhill. The food looks nothing like it should. They are just throwing it together so quick that it looks like something a dog would eat. Some of the employees are wonderful. The night shift employees are the best! I love Taco Bell, so I really hope they can get it together so we can start eating there again.

Don't know why the prices have gotten so exorbitant especially in WNC compared to the rest of the state. The quality of service and food hasn't really changed and in some cases has declined. Certainly more economical to go to an authentic Mexican restaurant where you can get fresher quality food with free chips and salsa at the same or less price than this fast food chain.
