This is now Closed. They have constantly had issues with getting help. Hardee’s had the same issue years prior and they, too, closed. The big issue with stores like these is there is no affordable housing in this area for workers. I wish someone would develop an area with housing as workers have to travel from far distances. I do know of some properties available for such.

The new queso fries are awful and I got a large water that tastes exactly like someone's chapstick melted in the ice box. It's awful. My mouth is numb and I feel super strange since drinking it. But their breakfast is fire and they are friendly here.

It's good I work at a different Wendy's, so I know what good food from there is, and that was pretty good. Meat was freshly cooked, and the nuggets weren't hard they were nice and soft.

There is no quality control in restaurants any more. The Dave's single cheese burger patty was smashed so much that there were holes in the meat and we ordered extra onions and pickles got no onions and 3 pickles both burgers. The worst Wendy's burgers we have ever had. Management you need to be on top of this.

Our last visit at Wendy's on Georgia Road in Franklin, NC, it was bad. Our very first bad experience there. Food and service sucked. The shift of their employees were rude and had no customer service. We went on a Thursday 1/25/2024 at 4:30pm.

The manager Tony was a delight tonight. He not only showed what it is like to be a poor leader but also have poor customer service skills. From calling customers “motherfuckers” to smoking a blunt outside he was an absolute delight to watch fail at his job and continue to make the wrong orders. Amberly was also a delight in standing at the window and trying to add to the situation instead of doing her job at fast food. All In all a wonderful example of why Wendy’s is always having a long wait time and asking you to pull forward, their incompetence.
