Truck came to my community tonight. Brisket, pork and Mac/cheese were outstanding. Guys running the truck were friendly.

I spoke with Mark last year regarding catering for our wedding in October this year after a family friend recommended Smoking Aces. We visited an event where we could sample the food and were blown away by how delicious every item was that we sampled. Easily the best and unlike any other BBQ we’ve had! We had to hold off on booking/paying the deposit until today (due to personal reasons.) I spoke with Mark and unfortunately our date has since been booked (which I kind of anticipated given how much time went by.)
Mark went above and beyond by contacting another (similar) caterer to make sure they have our date available and sent me their contact info to book. While we are bummed we won’t be able to use Smoking Aces at our event, I am so thankful Mark gave us a backup plan. Amazing food and amazing customer service. Thank you Mark!

Tried Smoking Aces BBQ for the first time last Thursday. Very friendly. Great BBQ. Great sides. Was even able to order online & pay for it online. I will definitely be getting more.

Food was excellent. Prices were Fair. Definitely pulling in next time I see this truck out again. We had BBQ sandwich. The slaw was freaking amazing by the way. And mac & cheese. Both wonderful choices.

Talk about service with a smile, Mark is extremely accommodating and the food was outstanding. The brisket melted in my mouth, as for the sides, the mac n cheese was good but for me the slaw was some of the best I've ever had. Well worth the money, look forward to going back again!

I got the royal flush brisket sandwich and a plate of bbq nachos. I was glad to get eat these. I even chatted with the owner who gave me bbq tips.

Talk about service with a smile, Mark is extremely accommodating and the food was outstanding. The brisket melted in my mouth, as for the sides, the mac n cheese was good but for me the slaw was some of the best I've ever had. Well worth the money, look forward to going back again!
