Waitress was not well trained!
I hadn’t been to Aviator in a while so I figured I would try the new spot. It’s a cool setup and the wings were good, but the waitress let our drinks run out, brought my beer out when I was done with the food, and charged us for their accidental extra side. She even said “I think y’all just got a free side” and continued to charge us for that side. There were flies hovering around the table the entire time, inside, at the farthest table from the door. *ITS A LONG ONE BUT NEEDS TO BE KNOW *
We are from out of town. This place was recommended to me by my brother who lives locally. So my family(me, my husband, and my 8 year old) and my sister’s family went and was sat outside the restaurant. The weather quickly changed and a storm rolled in. We asked our waitress (who was amazing), if we could be moved inside. She said "absolutely, no problem".
