Worst Culver's that I've ever went to. The owners of this franchise are ignorant about how to treat customers and what customer service entails. One of the assistant managers berated me about a mistake that happened and the owner's took zero ownership or tried to make it right.

I took my husband there for the first time and he loved it!I tried it myself in Wisconsin in 2006 and it was amazing!I recommend the cod sandwich combo,fries well done with salt, pepper, and ketchup on the side.Also, another top favorite for us is the shrimp platter meal and this double or Triple Swiss mushroom burger patty melt style instead of on the brioche bun along with the butterfinger concrete.Price ranges depending on what you order,fast service, friendly staff, affordable prices for me.5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great burgers, my favorite is butter burger with everything on it and a side of onion rings, made with REAL onions, their frozen custard is amazing. My only complaint is if you're ordering your food to go, check your bags. They left out some items several times, on separate occasions, very annoying to drive home and find out your onion rings are missing!! Other than that, service is fast, and food is very good.

Two weeks, two orders at drive thru and both times, orders were wrong. A big problem when you have a gluten allergy. First time, we didn't discover until we were home. Second time, we parked and had to go inside to remedy. Pretty much defeats the purpose of drive thru.
So, a recommendation: rather than an employee standing at the counter saying they don't know why orders are messed up so much, perhaps someone should take the initiative and bring it up with the shift manager. Or...verify the receipt matches what's in the bag before handling it to a customer.

I get that “made fresh” food takes longer, but maybe you shouldn’t keep trying to do fresh if you’re this inefficient. Only took about 6 minutes to get our food, but then we were trapped in the walled off drive thru for the additional 27 minutes it took to fulfill the order of only two cars in front of us so we could get out. Either give folks a way out once they get their food or complete tickets in order so one car doesn’t block everyone for longer than it would take to shop for ingredients and prepare the meal themselves.
