We ordered three butter burgers and three concrete mixers. They were pretty good, but my grandma's was switched to just plain. The food came out almost instantly and it was excellent also I asked for some signature sauce on the side and none came the atmosphere was nostalgic

This place really needs to work on their front of house staffing. The boy that took my order was really sweet but as we were wrapping up some girl came up that had apparently disappeared for a while and not told anyone that she was stepping away because everyone working up there asked her where she had been. As I waited on my food I watched this same girl struggle to keep her head up and stumble back and forth like she was lost, doing absolutely nothing..while sneezing into her gloves and not changing them then handling someone's milkshake all while an older women worked her butt off bagging all the orders by herself
Everyone else was great, its just sad that one person can bring everyone else's rating down.

Worst Culver's that I've ever went to. The owners of this franchise are ignorant about how to treat customers and what customer service entails. One of the assistant managers berated me about a mistake that happened and the owner's took zero ownership or tried to make it right.
