I stumbled across The Rican Lab at the strawberry festival tonight and I’m so glad I did! The beef empanada and Arroz con gandules did not disappoint! I appreciate the affordability too.
We decided to cater The Rican Lab for last minute Christmas Eve dinner and the food was absolutely delicious! The pernil was on point! The papa rellenos were so yummy and the arroz con gandules were perfect! We will absolutely consider them again for catering needs!
