Today was the first time I have ever had a negative experience here. When I got in I saw the server/waiter at the register on the side. There was no one ahead of me needing service but she didn’t acknowledge me. She glanced but said nothing. I moved over a little and still nothing. Above and beyond customer service! I accidentally had a pizza ordered to pick up at the Apex location, and the manager at the FV location saved our entire evening by making us the pizza at their location instead. It was late, and they were close to closing, but he offered to prepare dinner for my daughters and I, and his team was happy to oblige.
