Ricky and Jaren (sorry spelling may be off) was outstanding. My first step into this store... I was immediately greeted and was welcomed. I continued to experience the best customer service treatment I've had in a very long time. Moes is lucky to have these 2 professionals on their team. Keep up the great work.

I came one night with my family and Ana and Josue gave me the best service possible!!! I would absolutely recommend going to them for any and all food services here at Moe’s!! The food was excellent and the portions were perfect thank you guys for great service I shall be back for sure!!!

I've always been a fan of Moe's and had a great experience during my last visit. The newly remodeled restaurant looks fantastic and adds a nice touch to the overall vibe. However, the prices have gotten a bit steep. Paying over $15 for a burrito feels a little excessive. At that point, I'd rather spend a bit more—around $20—at a sit-down Mexican restaurant for larger portions and better quality.

To be clear, the burritos still taste great, but the cost is becoming a concern. Even $3+ for a fountain drink seems high. I just hope they find a way to balance the great food and atmosphere with more reasonable prices.

My burrito makers name was RICKY he was great my boyfriend asked for a FAT burrito and that’s sure what he got it was my first time but I definitely enjoyed it a little pricey but you definitely leave with a full belly! Would definitely go back I don’t think anyone can make the perfect burrito for my boyfriend except for that guy today it was great 10/10

This was my first time. Food was good and the 2 young ladies that put the food together were nice but the young woman that ran the register was more concerned with talking to friends then staying at the register. Over all experience was just ok.

7/31/2024: Enjoyed eating dinner here with my daughter. Service was excellent as staff was friendly and professional. Loved the chicken bowl. My daughter enjoyed her burrito.

Poor customer service. We ordered 2 burritos online to get delivered and we were kissing a burrito. Called and asked for another but the manager said no that the package must have been tampered with. The bag was sealed with the sticker over the tied up plastic bag. They forgot to put it in the bag and blamed the delivery person!! PPOOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I love Moe's. It is always very good. Whoever was on the tortilla chip station this day needs to test before serving. They were a little off.

It is remodeled, relaxing and the service is at the top. Even though it is close I have never be to this business. They have just renovated the restaurant. The menu was not huge but there are plenty of options. The prices are reasonable. The staff provided suggestions and the food was all fresh and the service area clean and neat. I will definitely return. Plus the customers were friendly.

Terrible. Why am I paying extra for guac when the girl scooping it is putting barely on there. Then when I ask for more she has the audacity to say it costs more and then puts a tiny tiddlywink of guac in my burrito.

I have grown up in the town of fuquay Varina my whole life. I have been to this moes multiple times and it was always good but today on a May 19th at 7:20 pm it was a little special. Everybody behind the counter had a smile on their face , they greeted the guests and they all seemed happy. A mistake was made on our order and they quickly fixed the mistake and threw in some extras for us to compensate the time.

Very good attitude and nice employees, something you don’t see a lot with modern fast food.
