Today we went and got breakfast on our way back home, the young man at the window was very kind. He dropped our food by accident, and the manager was so rude to him, she yelled at him in front of a customer. She could have nicely been like “can you please go grab” instead of yelling at him in front of the customer. The young man was very nice to us but the manger she was rude to me and my fiancé as well.
We enjoyed our breakfast but staff needs to be worked on!

The storm limited staff and there was a lot of bickering between the staff about who was responsible for what duty. This was in front of customers waiting to order. The kitchen was behind in prep and the food was only warm at best. Not the usual positive results we see at Bojangles.
February 2025
First time eating breakfast here this morning. Originally from Oklahoma, so I wasn't expecting huge tots. It was quick, and the food was hot. My only complaint is that the oil tastes like onions on the tots. The biscuit sandwich had a similar taste, like the oil they used wasn't fresh. I still enjoyed it, it just didn't seem super fresh in the cooking process.
