About KFC

KFC offers great food and exceptional customer service. The restaurant is known for its clean environment and polite, professional staff. The manager has been noted for going above and beyond to resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience for customers. However, there have been complaints about the original chicken being overcooked, making the outer layer too hard. Despite this, the manager has occasionally provided fresh cooked chicken, which was better. While some visits have been satisfactory, there have also been reports of running out of chicken during busy times, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, KFC continues to strive for good service amidst these challenges.
