Twice this month I have purchased the original chicken that was simply fried too hard, totally missing the "finger licking" aspect of the original chicken recipe. This month's experience occurred with both the day crew and evening crew.
I was excited to get the new spicy chicken wrap, but I was so disappointed. Didn’t know they were “snack wraps” they looked bigger in pictures. I got two wraps and they took one chicken strips and split it between my 2 wraps and didn’t even try to hide it bc the ripped end was sticking out. Soo I paid $5 for one chicken tender. They were good but it was two small bites of chicken per wrap.

Wow! This KFC has it going on. Cleanest one I've ever been in. Food was good and fast. Adam served us and had such a super personality. He truly has a heart for serving and taking care of the customer. All KFCs need someone like Adam to train all the front house people all over the KFC nation...trust me. I travel and visit a lot of them.
