The drive thru was ridiculously long because they didn’t have their stuff together. Worse than that, they got the main part of my order wrong. Was extremely disappointed when I got home 20 minutes later to find that I had a regular tailgate when I specifically ordered a supreme tailgate. I am already not a big fan of bojangles but this sealed the deal, no more business from me.

Went to the drive thru…to order my sandwhich… they couldn’t get my order right over the intercom…handed me the wrong food…had to wait…then I eat my sandwhich and the filet patty was room temperature. No way it was at holding temperature. I’ve worked at the wrap station at a bojangles for two years…next time I’ll order my food inside, and ask for a bag so I can check the food, and bag it myself. Someone will get sick off cold food. They were laughing and talking about unrelated stuff….bunch of kids running the place. Makes no sense.

Every time I come here my breakfast is fresh and so good ! I always order a dark brown sausage biscuit and that’s exactly what I’m served. Most times it’s out the way for me to come here…but I make time because of the consistent quality of food and service.

6-11 Drive-thru was busy as per usual around 6:30am the line was moving along good. I ordered my food and specifically asked for a pepsi, this my issue because when I get to the window if you can pull up my order on the screen is says pepsi not sweet tea....yet I get sweet tea didn't realize it til I pulled away. Just do better Bojangles I know it gets busy but just slow the pace and read orders so they're right and not have small mishaps!

Super busy on a Tues morning at the drive thru line. Very friendly young man taking orders on a tablet helps speed up the line. My order was rather large since I was feeding my employees, but the order was 100 % correct and fairly quick for the 3 large bags I had. Drive thru staff was friendly and attentive enough to ask if I needed condiments for my order. They gave me another full bag with plenty of napkins and sauce, salt, and pepper in it. 5 stars

the service is absolutely HORRIBLE here. workers have SUCH an attitude with customers, always in a bad mood, throwing things in the bag like they dont care, and on top of that they can NEVER get the orders right. i asked the worker if they had put in my honey mustard sauce with my 4 piece meal and the worker ROLLED their eyes, said “yea” in a rude tone, and slammed the window in my face. absolutely disgusting and rude. and he in fact DID NOT add in my honey mustard sauce. they also did not put the lid on my drink the correct way and my drink spilled on me. ridiculous. do not waste your time and money eating at this ghetto ass place.
