This location isnt bad, its just almost any night at 10 to 1 its busier than the gates of heaven, staff do their best but when a concert comes through its like a total traffic meltdown with sheetz and cookout traffic. But its cookout so that good drunk nights and simple meal days it will do the trick. Just be prepared to go a little stir crazy during weekends and concert days cause lord knows i done held my shouts at people blocking both lanes.

Best milkshakes anywhere! With 40 different flavors, no place else can compare much less compete. My personal favorite is the peanut butter shake, but I have bought several others and they were all delicious, thick enough to eat with a spoon, and very reasonably priced, as all their food is. I go there about once a week for chili dogs and a shake, love the chili dogs as well, because I'm picky about my sauce and won't touch sauce with green peppers in it; they'res has none. The other foods are your typical burgers, with various sides, I recommend their cheese balls or quesadillas. These are not thick, gourmet burgers that you would get in a restaurant, like Red Robins for example, but fast food type, still better than BK or McD. The take out is open very LATE, as until 3am. All the servers getting off late at other restaurants have someplace to get food, or anyone craving a midnight snack. So, it's better than those other fast food giants and the milkshakes alone are worth the trip.

Whewwww I've seen so many cookouts, and it was my 1st time trying this place, and it didn't disappoint.. The food was good and fresh 😋.

No other restaurant changes your drink to a smaller cup when you ask for no ice but Cookout. Today I asked for a fruit punch no ice twice, got to the window, they gave me what looked like a medium cup and I'm sure the cashier realized. I didn't say anything bc they pull this at other locations (kdale)which is why I started coming here instead,, but this time, not only did I get a smaller up, but the cup was full of ice. So what was the point of giving me a smaller cup? Over it. I'll avoid Cookout because, why?

This review is long overdue! This evening team is awesome. They are patient, professional and everyone I have encountered has displayed a positive and upbeat attitude while providing service. KUDOS to “Sam” and her crew because the morale they maintain while keeping the pace moving along is s commendable. Outstanding leadership and service!im not crazy about those prices tho, I guess we pay for service and xtras.
