I will never go back to this place ever again and I recommend you don't, I got sick after leaving there stayed sick for 2 wwwks I'm not going to say what I had but let me just say it ain't worth taking your family to and getting, I got sick with 2 different things the night after being there and I've got paperwork to prove it!

This was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Ordered pancakes that came thin like flapjacks. Cracker Barrel is known for their pancakes. Spoke to the manager who instantly agreed they were not acceptable. They remade them which came back the same way only darker in color. I’m not sure if this location makes their that thin but I’m. It used to them that way. Others in my group order eggs with cheese they were runny. They ordered bacon cooked well they came out under cooked. The entire experience was a nightmare. I will never go to that location again.

Update: Mar 2025, we arrived to be seated at a dirty and wet table. My wife and i ordered simple stuff off the menu, it took almost an hour to get our breakfast. People who arrived 30+mins after us got their food before we did, I asked for apple juice I got orange juice, half way though my coffee i noticed something stuck to the side inside of my cup I removed it and was done with the coffee. When our food arrived we had to ask for the remainder of our side dishes. Fed up, we ate around our plates and went to checkout. I spoke with the cashier and simply stated, I wont be back. She was very attentive and called the manager. I spoke with manager and he apologized about the experience. I stated I had no problem paying my $47 total however he gave me 65% off, I told him in a polite way that I came for food and an experience, not for a discounted meal. I've been a country man my whole life and doesn't take much to make me happy. As its painful for me to say this about a place that brings memories and good times, I will never go back to any cracker barrel...ever. The best thing on my plate today was the Cholula hot sauce.😮‍💨

Man oh man we go to cracker barrel at least 3 times a week and the service today SUCKED. The waitress Hayden.was definitely brand new....how do you NOT what an English Muffin is? So then my mother in law asked for mulit grain bread. Right when the order was being brought out the waitress just goes Oh, we're out of it, somebody took it. I then asked for a refill, three times of coffee and never got it
Finally Hayde came over and asked us if we're ready for the check, as i'm holding my empty offee cup and we said yes. She comes back five minutes later with a check and then brings coffee.It's too late.Breakfast was done with we were all ready to go

We order from here a few times a month through the app.. lately we get a pick up time that's in about 30 minutes but end up going and waiting a hour. If you give someone a pick up time, then it should be ready then not an extra 45 min.

Overall the food wasn’t good the cheese it tasted like moldy cheese and the service was so poor my family and me felt discriminated for our race we didn’t get seated even tho there was no one here and then we saw everyone get there plates but we didn’t get any and we got the breads later and when other people of different color sat down they gave them bread and everything but not us because we’re a different race and color. So overall I don’t recommend for the bad service and the bad food.

Last time we visited they made my husbands entree (arrived cold) but forgot my soup which was all I was eating…This time they made my husbands entree (NY strip steak was fine) but forgot to make my appetizer which was all I was eating. Seems like this is the norm at many locations. Wait staff is fine, the issues are with the kitchen. As always the on site gift shop is lovely and full of beautiful & unique items. Parking is always available. Food is good but when & if they actually bring it to you!

There were four adults and a baby in a high chair. It was on a Sunday at 8:45am and they were not yet busy. Our coffee and a basket of biscuits came out quickly. The biscuits were not good at all. No one liked them. They were doughy inside and very hard outside. The rest of our food was good. The service was not. We were sat at a table for four. The highchair was not permitted on the end so one of us sat there. Since it was not busy the hostess who seated us discussed with the server (in front of us) about moving to a six top table. The server had no other customers and there were no tables for six in her station. It was obvious she didn't want us to move and the situation felt very uncomfortable. So we just said we'll stay where we were. We ordered and when the food came my husband's gravy and toast was missing. By the time it came out he was almost done eating. He was disappointed. Not a great experience today.

I am so disappointed because I use to love this place, yesterday we took my coworker out for her birthday and we at here it was 7 of us, and let me tell you it was such a horrible experience. It took us 15 mins just to be seated once we get seated were like ok not to bad so we started to place our order it took them over an hour for us to get our food, and then the food was cold! The manager came over for 30 seconds he mumbled something and left. it took us another 20-30 mins just to get our checks and to go boxes because they said they were fixing our checks for the experience we received. then we get to the front to pay and it was an issue there as well. I am so disappointed because cracker barrel is like a go to for breakfast or to go during lunch break we arrived at 12:30 and left at 2:45pm mind you we only had an hour lunch break so i am sure you can imagine how upset our boss was when we got back to work. we will not be back.

This is the 4th time over the last year we've been here and I'm officially never coming back after all the chances we've given this place. We waited 40 minutes today before being told they ran out of the chicken and dumplings that we ordered . We overheard at least 6 other items they told people they were out of. We had to cancel our order and leave at that point due to time and the fact my toddler was starving. The staff was nice enough and tried to accommodate (our drinks and biscuits we already had they said were on the house), but the ability for management to get this place running smoothly is very sad. We've had an equally terrible experience either with how long it takes to get food or our order never being correct every time we've come.

Awful meal. One small piece of chicken in the chicken and dumplings. Cole slaw was soupy. Cornbread was dry and the biscuits were hockey pucks. (Biscuits we always order extra and they immediately went into the trash.) What is going on at this location?

Normally when I go to Cracker Barrel my experience is amazing, hence why I keep coming back. But today’s experience with a waitress named Jaycence was terrible. At first she was amazing, not sure if she was having a bad. To come back to the table with two handfuls of sugar and throw it on the table was very distasteful. Absolutely will not be coming back to this location !!!
