Terrible breakfast burrito, the two for $5 deal is a waste of your time. Sausages cut in half and jammed in there, cheese not melted at all. Bacon one strip placed inside. Worst of all burrito was not even toasted you're eating a cold tortilla shell.

Placed my order in the drive thru. Got to the window, the lady was polite and the food was ready, cool. Stop in the lot to check the order, missing a burger and fries. Go inside, tell them, show them the receipt, didn't make my food right away, I guess the other guests in the drive through were more important. When they remade it, made the wrong burger. Then it took forever(was there at least 15 minutes inside the building) poor kid at the counter was very uncomfortable and said "I don't know what's going on back there". Asked for my money back, was ignored. Then got my food, and went home(about a mile away) and reheated the rest of the cold food. Terrible experience. Won't be back ever.

The customer service was awful, they gave me the wrong sandwich and didn't get a coffee.Eventually they did correct themselves.I still wouldn't recommend this particular Hardee's.

Service was terrible at the location. Walked in to place to go order because drive thru was slammed. Waited 5 minutes to be helped and when employee finally came over to take my order, she had the worst attitude, like I was taking her away from doing something else besides her job which is to take my order. Terrible customer service for low quality food!
