Service was terrible at the location. Walked in to place to go order because drive thru was slammed. Waited 5 minutes to be helped and when employee finally came over to take my order, she had the worst attitude, like I was taking her away from doing something else besides her job which is to take my order. Terrible customer service for low quality food!
I am shocked that they removed several of my favorites from the menu. My kid loved the chocolate milk, and I loved the onion rings. But, I will say that the drive thru cashier, Amber, is the reason I will continue to frequent this location. She made sure my order was hot, and was very polite and professional. It is not often you see a team that always strive to make the customer feel appreciated. Kudos to Amber and her coworkers for making my meal experience superb. And y'all...read full review
