So my family and I show up for breakfast at 8am and we decided to go inside because we had multiple orders. We tried the opening door that leads to the parking lot however it’s was locked, so we decided to go through the drive thru. Once we got to the ordering speaker I let the lady know that I had multiple orders which she exclaimed rudely “Huh”. I repeated that I had multiple orders (I was very polite and made sure there was no anger or any negative tone in my voice) she said once again rudely “nah you can’t do more than two orders through the drive thru” which I completely understand. I then just let her know that we tried the door and it was locked and she said “You aint use the front door” very rudely. I didn’t even bother eating at this place, once I heard how I was talked to and all I did was come for some food I didn’t want to give this place any of my money. This was Sunday 03/31/2024
I haven't been to Hardee's in years and now I remember why besides the one closing down near me. Whomever is cooking need to be retrained or hire new people.NOTHING IS GOOD THERE!

Went the drive through, had the pleasure of Migual taking my order. He was very nice & upbeat. What a nice change from the usual.
I hate how when you go get a meal advertised on TV and then they disappoint you. I have tried to upload my comment 4 times now. To simply state that the new chicken wrap is nasty, it has a bad chemical aftertaste and the wrap overall is infant sized. All for around $10 after tax including fries and drink.

Stopped here for a quick bite. I ordered a Superstar regular meal. Got what I ordered but was charged for a medium sized meal. I got robbed by Hardee's. Just another reason why I hate eating at fast food joints. Wasn't my first choice for sure but I didn't have 30 minutes to wait for a table. I think next time I'll wait.

We pulled up to order at the drive-thru and instead of being welcomed or asked to wait, we were greeted by profanity through the intercom. The employee had not turned off their microphone and were having a VERY loud personal conversation. We then heard them interact with another customer, then in a distinctly quiet voice we heard “what can I get you”. I asked if they were talking to me, because I had been trying to get their attention for about 10 minutes. The employee simply said “yes”. We ordered our food then waited another 30 minutes before our food was ready at the window. The employee at the window was extremely rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Overall, we will NEVER be returning to this location and I would recommend that no one else waste their time here either.
Love the low-carb option for hamburgers!
