I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
There is always a wait here... someone didn't show up for work today. I felt very sorry for the person that had to work both the drive thru and front counter
This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, hot , and fresh other times it’s old, dried out, or burnt. Definitely wasted my $10 tonight highly disappointed.

Customer service can vary; some reviews mention the drive-through service was annoyed and unprofessional, with food way too high in cost for attitude and rudeness. However, other experiences highlight a super nice lady taking orders, and Sharde was nice and personable. The bacon cheeseburger meal was fresh and tasted great. Chicken tenders and fries were hard, old, and cold, though fries are seasoned very well. Undercover Boss or Mystery Shoppers was suggested for improvement.
