I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I had a takeout order and it was ready when I get there, the place was clean, and the staff member that gave me my food greeted me. Food was hot to.

Hardee’s offers vintage vibes with a nostalgia feel of an older location. Customer service can vary; some reviews mention the drive-through service was annoyed and unprofessional, with food way too high in cost for attitude and rudeness. Chicken tenders and fries were hard, old, and cold, though fries are seasoned very well. Undercover Boss or Mystery Shoppers was suggested for improvement.
