Tonight me and my roommate placed a DoorDash pick up here.
We had a slight complication, but when we brought it in there was a handsome, kind, young man who quickly and nicely helped us
He was super kind and sweet and made me and my roommates night.
He went out of his way to fix our issue and add a little more. We would genuinely come back just for him. He also seem very young and a hardworker which made the thoughtfulness even more heart warming.

Staff is very kind and work very quickly to get your order cooked to perfection and in your hands. Not so much a dine in type of place but great for a quick pickup on the way home type meal. Delicious food that is guaranteed to make the entire family smile.
I ordered pizza and chicken wings today, and I’m impressed—the pizza is truly delicious, and the chicken wings simply melt in your mouth.
The delivery was very fast; I don't know about others, but I really enjoyed it.

Papa Johns Pizza provides a dining experience that can be affected by system updates during dinner hours, which may result in app orders not being honored, so customers might need to visit the store to place their orders. The restaurant's service is sometimes slow, with long wait times and a lack of staff available to help customers. Carry-out orders may be delayed or canceled, causing frustration. The quality of pizza can be inconsistent, with some customers mentioning issues with their orders. However, the staff is caring and friendly, often providing small touches like plates, napkins, and even coloring books for kids. Customers also appreciate that the food comes quickly and is usually exactly how they want it, especially on busy nights when the staff is busy with delivery orders. Despite occasional delays, many find that Papa Johns Pizza offers good food and friendly service, though some have noted that the pizza slices are often cut unevenly, which can be frustrating for those expecting equal-sized slices.
