“Went through the drive through about 9:30pm and they had trouble taking the order because we tried to order something that was apparently only available if ordered online. So totally our fault but that had to leave for a few minutes to figure that out lol. We did order extra bbq sauce on a sandwich for the pregnant person in the car and they were the first place to ever reach the appropriate level of sauce. Good job it was drenched to perfection.“
“DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This KFC has consistently been one of the worst establishments I have ever frequented. My most recent visit was on a Sunday evening at 8pm (they close at 11pm) and they have run out of chicken. Now I can understand a small mom and pop chicken spot running out but this kfc we are talking about. Then when I spoke to the manger Maria you get nothing but attitude. Waste of gas, time, and money…
Follow Up - I spoke to the general manager Prince, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered a meal on him. I’m just glad to see that they took my complaint seriously and reached back out. ??“
