Not a fancy joint by any means but the smoothies are consistently delicious. The staff are always friendly and you have your order in mere seconds. Definitely pop in after your workout at Planet Fitness or grocery trip to Lowe’s foods.
I love local small businesses where the owners and staff know the customers and care about the community. On top of that, healthy food at reasonable prices and a nice place to sit and visit with friends makes this a great part of our Garner neighborhood. On days I go for long runs at lake benson, I come here and get the banana chia smoothie, it is so good and i feel great after! I bring my kids in with me and I let me 3 year old color in the coloring book while we wait, I think it's so nice that that's offered. The cold pressed juices are so refreshing also. Everyone is so friendly!
