We use to eat here at least once a week but have noticed changes the past few months. The staff is not as friendly as they use to be. The garlic knots are not nearly as good, they have been cold in the middle as if they are warming them up in a microwave. Pizza is still good but after today's visit we will have to say goodbye for a while.

The one in Garner is great. Never a bad meal. The guys are great!!! Very fast service.

Cappolla's Pizza & Grill offers a mix of delicious and average dishes. Their BBQ Chicken Pizza is a highlight, featuring big chunks of chicken and a satisfying taste. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, Supreme, and custom Pineapple Bacon Onion Pizza have also received praise for being fresh and delicious. The Philly Cheesteak Sandwich, however, was found to be bland. The Crinkle Fries are okay, but could use a bit more creativity. Customers have enjoyed the Steak Stromboli, which is delivered hot and full of fresh steak, mushrooms, onion, and lots of mozzarella. The Club Cold Sub had plenty of ingredients, though some wished for more than one small slice of each meat. The restaurant serves tasty calzones, pizzas, gyros, garlic knots, and spaghetti and meatball plates. With quick service and reasonable prices, Cappolla's is a great option for a meal in or to-go. Many customers have noted the friendly service, with employees providing timely pickups and warnings about hot food.
