The last comment from Denise two weeks ago I encountered the same woman,,, she was rude temperamental impatient she treated me like I was a problem. I felt necessary to tell her I live down the road I visit there all the time- just so maybe she might treat me a little nicer...she did not care! I want to go there this evening and get food but I hope she's not the one working! She makes me want to avoid the place altogether!

They put BBQ on a no pork plate and the chicken just wasn't that good. I expected better frfr.

This is one of the most unprofessional facilities and restaurants that I have ever visited. I have been disappointed at least five or six times every time I order a chicken tender sandwich they give me a pulled pork sandwich instead, I cannot eat, pulled pork every time I eat pulled pork, it hurts my stomach. However, I will say this I will never spend my money at a Smithfield barbecue restaurant ever again

Highly recommend the Large BBQ plate. I always get Coleslaw & bbq beans as my side.

I visited the Garner, NC location on the morning of Sun., 10/6. I could not see the name of the woman who took my order, but she is an older Caucasian woman, with very short silver hair. She approached the counter with an attitude. I had to take a few extra minutes to think about what I was going to order, and she became more frustrated. I held my hand out for my receipt, and she proceeded to place it on the counter. As I waited for my order, I watched her prepare the iced tea jugs and take the prepared food orders to a table of customers She would return to the counter and toss the tray down each time. Once my order was ready, she bagged it up all in one bag, in which the items did not fit. She placed it on the counter. I had to go to the table and fix my order properly. We are all entitled to have a bad day, but this woman’s behavior was just appalling. I visit this location frequently, and this was the first time this has happened. I wanted to cancel the order. Please speak with your employees and encourage them to stay home if they are going to come to work this way.

Their food is always delicious! My issue is, they gave us a dark meat combo, when we clearly said white meat. It's on the receipt, white meat combo. White meat costs more, so we got screwed.

I know we all make mistakes, but considering this isn't the first order mix-up, it is frustrating.

I am EDITING my comment, because Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-G-Q, did respond to my rating. I appreciate that, very much. I will be contacting them, per their request. THANK YOU, Smithfield's!! UPDATE: They immediately e-mailed me back, apologized and thanked me for letting them know. They told me they shared this issue with their team. (Not sure if that's true, but at least they replied to my review).

I've been to 2 Smithfields and both bout the same. What I ordered was ok but nit great. The Brunswick Stew was great. But I got it as a side and it leaked onto the chicken (soggy) and hushpuppies which made them soggy. Not going back.

I always go through drive through, I get the wing plate! Not sure why it's not on the menu but I ask for it and they provide! They are always hot and crispy "so I don't have to ask ?" but always good! Go get you some!

I only go thur drive thur so I can't rate the atmosphere inside
But they have the best fried chicken anywhere better than KFC,carolina bbq,Popeyes.
Their chicken pieces are big and juicy & crispy.
I'm a country girl and I know my fried chicken.
I love their slaw and potatoe salad so good
Their slaw is the white mayo kine I donr like other places have the yellow slaw it has a Mustard taste I don't like that like carolina bbq has the yellow slaw
And the prices are excellent also
