The food and service is great. It always look clean and tidy when we eat here.
Portions were tiny. They gave me another piece to make up for it.
Loved our experience! The staff were helpful, kind, and anticipated dining needs, such as drink refills. Did not disappoint.
I ordered on uber eats my items are on the receipt I did not get any sauce or coleslaw on my plates and they gave me half a scoop of baked beans. How I scoop once and see the bottoms? Go spend somewhere that’s competent enough to read and fill orders as they’re supposed to. Ugh lunch ruined.
If you have to make people pull over out of the drive thru to wait for a simple BBQ sandwich, you're not capable of operating a BBQ drive thru. I was 1 of 3 cars pushed out to wait.
I hadn’t been to a Smithfield’s in YEARS because the one closest to the house closed down so we decided to journey a little further to this location and we were not disappointed. The restaurant interior was very clean, the staff were super friendly and QUICK, and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely drop by and grab a BBQ sandwich!
I enjoyed a 3 piece chicken strip snack pack. It was just right
If you like chicken or BBQ, this place rocks. Plenty of food at a good price. Order at the counter hot food delivered to your table. Beware though, that sweet tea is tea-flavored sugar magic! I got the chicken tenders (3) meal with slaw (sweet) fries and hush puppies. Covered the chicken in about 1/2 bottle of Texas Pete (as usual). Good eats!
Ordered 6 chicken tenders plates from this store and Uber eats delivered a sealed bag when opened was missing 4 plates . Couldn't get anyone on phone so I guess they figured it is ok to screw people out of what they paid for and since we didn't come to the store they don't care. But it's okay because I charged it and will be contacting bank.

Unorganized.. took almost an hour for my food.
Make sure you check to make sure that the Ubereats driver has the Complete order before letting them leave.
Went in and ordered a bbq package for my sisters family added an additional side w no problems!
The staff were very disrespectful not only too me but too a older couple also.
