The person fixing my sandwich was very nice from the moment I walked in. Sandwich was fresh and tasted amazing. Store was clean. I would recommend eating here.

I walked in and waited to be acknowledged. There were 2 people(A lady in a green hijab and a young man wearing white headphones and a black subway tshirt). I waited patiently for a few minutes and all they did was laugh and talk to each other. I’m 6’2” so there’s not question they saw me standing there. That’s TERRIBLE customer service! They didn’t want to service me and that’s horrible. I had to drive all the way across town to go to another one. They did the SAME thing to a lady that walked in after me. They eventually took her order. They need to be re-trained! This is not okay!
