The gentleman who assisted me at the register was Devontez (I hope I spelt his name right). He was marvelous. He was extremely polite, courteous and very helpful. He assisted me with my order and ensured that my experience was expeditious and pleasant. This was my first time seeing him at this location, but I will be returning just because of the great service he provided. Give this man a raise!

I had ordered thru tropical smoothie app and door dasher was suppose to bring my order which they never did, I contacted the store directly they remade my ordered and apologized this store is great for understanding customer needs I thank them!!!

NIGHTMARE
Overall food and drinks are ok so no complaints there. But the main thing is thats its true people obviously have to be friendly towards guest and all but the fact you can see a persons true side is crazy. My husband had filled out an application for a interview to work for tropical smoothie at this location. He was contacted and set up a time for an interview for a Sunday morning at 9am. Upon arrival he asked for the hiring manager but was told she dosent come in till 10am and therefore left and was told he will be contacted to reschedule because the hiring manager I believe forgot she wasnt in till 10am that day. A week or so has gone by and still nothing so my husband decided to go back to see if he can reach out to her because he had no number to contact the manager by. He goes in and was told she was in today and wasnt given a contact number but was asked for his info. He then told the worker he will try contacting a GM because he knows him just so he could get a number to call back. Once my husband arrived home he received a call in to when i was able to hear. The hiring manager had called and was very rude saying “ oh you think this is funny” and got all nasty with my husband for no reason to where he was told the worker at the store told her he was gonna report the manager to a GM because she had not shown up to the interview with him the first time….I understand there are times we get protective of ourselves but treated and saying things like that to “customers “ who decide to work for u if just wrong. We will not be coming back to het anything from this location and would like this manager to be taught how to make proper phone calls regarding a situation and not blowing up at them. And just so the person who reads this knows the managers name was Hannah.

One of the ladies whom made my drink placed it too close to the edge of the table, which resulted in my drink dropping all over the floor. She then let me know I would have to pay for another drink which I feel is rude customer service and a good reason as to why I will not be returning to this specific location.

The manager is absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my order was/is correct. (Pregnant and due in a week so I have had a few modifications to my orders.) I have frequented this location plenty of times and the staff is always in a good mood even when it’s super busy and no one is ever rude. Such a quick convenient location to get in and out of.Parking: Shares a parking lot with Navy Federal so there’s always a place to park.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented restaurants make the biggest difference when you’re an expecting parent. Means we will consistently come back bc we feel safe and comfortable. Thank you having a clean safe space for families.

Emoloyees demanded me to leave the property and threatened to call law enforcement all because I asked for my drink to be remade. I don’t know what kind of non-written policy this is according to your staff but it’s highly unprofessional and I would boycott this store! But it’s not worth my energy! Paying citizens can’t get what they pay for! Sad and pathetic! Letting young unprofessional children run a store!A shift leader is the only manager in the store and she doesn’t even know the policies of the store to tell me she can’t remake or refund! Please show me that in the policy please. I will never spend my hard earned money at this establishment EVER!

This is the second time that I ordered my smoothies on the app and showed up to where somebody has taken my smoothies. After waiting 30 minutes with disrespectful staff like Megan, I'm done with this Tropical Smoothie location. I will go to the other location, located hwy 70 in Garner. I suggest this location come up with a better system to smoothies ordered on the app and the way they are delivered to customers. People stealing orders is not a good system for this location. Once again, a few miles down the street, I've never had a problem. "Megan" has a bad attitude and will only hurt your business. Be careful who you leave in charge. I have a picture of her because I'm not sure she gave me her correct name.
I did not get any food on this trip. But, the food deserved a 5 star rating after such excellent care, service and gratitude from Grace. I will for sure be making this place my go to for smoothies! She slayed it!

Went here during my lunch break and had great experience I don’t usually leave reviews but this place got me in and out the door in a short amount of time and the smoothie was so good! I got the Bahamas mama and it was so good I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and be coming back!
