I had ordered thru tropical smoothie app and door dasher was suppose to bring my order which they never did, I contacted the store directly they remade my ordered and apologized this store is great for understanding customer needs I thank them!!!
The manager is absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my order was/is correct. (Pregnant and due in a week so I have had a few modifications to my orders.) I have frequented this location plenty of times and the staff is always in a good mood even when it’s super busy and no one is ever rude. The gentleman who assisted me at the register was Devontez (I hope I spelt his name right). He was marvelous. He was extremely polite, courteous and very helpful. He assisted me with my order and ensured that my experience was expeditious and pleasant. This was my first time seeing him at this location, but I will be returning just because of the great service he provided. Give this man a raise!
