Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is known for its hardworking staff and commitment to the Zaxby's brand. While the chicken may not be the best on the market, it is still considered good and reasonably priced for a franchise, even though some feel it is overpriced. The salads are a highlight, and despite occasional mishaps common in fast food, customers usually enjoy their meals. Service can be exceptional, with staff members like Aaron receiving praise for their quick responses and willingness to correct any mistakes. However, there are reports of consistent issues at this location, such as missing items and minor attitude from employees when corrections are needed. Overall, Zaxby's is a reliable choice, particularly when other options like Chick Fil A are unavailable.
