Don’t order delivery from here received my order with no drink and was told by dasher there was flavor selected even tho ik clear as day it was and instead of inquiring they just still charged me anyways and didnt notify me. Food was cold as well, dont go here.

Stopped in with my son and grandson after a trip to Bass Pro. The service was quick and courteous and the food was outstanding.
Where do I start? Worst experience EVERRRR!!! I ordered curbside pickup. Waited more than 10 minutes for them to bring it outside which never happened. I would understand if they were busy but there was no customers. So I had to go inside and ask for it. My food was in the back and the workers were just chilling. They got my order wrong! I ordered 2 grilled house salads, I got 1 grilled house salad and 1 Cobb salad with no dressing even though I specifically selected ranch and honey mustard. My drinks were wrong. I ordered 1 sweet tea and 1 coke, I got 2 sweet teas with no straw. Wings and things - the wings were dry with barely any sauce and no Zaxby's sauce nor ranch sauce. Also, I had free cookies as a reward. I didn't get any. What a disappointment. Won't be coming back to this place!

Food is good, however ALWAYS check your order. Have been several times and missing items is common. Last trip got a zax snack but opened container to find that they did not include the chicken strips. Need to retrain order makers to actually read and fill the orders and stay off their text messages.

Whether it's their perfectly crispy chicken tenders, flavorful wings, or mouthwatering sandwiches, every item on the menu is always hot and cooked perfectly.One of the things that keeps me coming back is the consistency in the quality of the food. So husband stops in drive throw after work to get are dinner orders my grilled chicken sandwich combo with no tomatoes and no sause , well first time I ever got a sandwich that they left the chicken off but also but the tomatoes on it I didn't want , least the fries where there, husband calls back joeanne said to say her name next time we come and they give us a meal, so what was I suppose to eat for dinner , really not happy with the customer service , if I could I post the picture of that no chicken /chicken sandwish
Had an issue with the Zaxby's app, but manager (Liz) made it right immediately! Great customer service and food was hot and very good!
