V’s Restaurant & Catering is a cute spot with a chill vibe, amazing food, and super friendly staff. The place is spotless, including the restroom. The cracklin' chicharrones and pan cornbread are a must-try, and the brisket entree is super juicy. The waffle sweet potato fries are fluffy and light, served with caramel sauce. The fried cabbage is a bit spicy and has bacon in it. Customers love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. The sweet potato waffle fries are a favorite, coated in cinnamon and sugar and served with a special sauce.
