This is a nice local diner style restaurant! Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I stopped here after fishing Lake Gaston one evening and ordered the hamburger steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and some French fries. I've also ordered the pancakes for breakfast, and those are perfect! Definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.
This is a typical diner with a good atmosphere. The waiting staff were nice and patient with my little ones. We will be coming back soon.Kid-friendliness: They took the time and patiently listened for my two little ones to order their food. They had plenty of compliments to give.

What a quaint place! We just love finding places like this. Great southern style food. My husband loved the butterbeans and corn (succotash). Our server and the helper were such hard workers. We're looking forward to going back!Dietary restrictions: I have an MSG allergy, so I need to be careful of ingredients.
