The worst American deli. Everytime you go over here they always got attitudes. The girl with the bonnet on got an attitude because I asked her to do half and half. When I go to other American delis they let me do half flavor. I ain’t never saw no wing spot who don’t let you do half flavor wings. Also walking into an establishment seeing somebody with a bonnet on is ghetto. I’m pretty sure they told you in orientation not to wear a bonnet at work.

Came over here when they opened they had the open sign on just for the lady to wait 25min. No chicken dropped in sight. If y’all just opened and y’all are not prepared for orders then y’all need to be changing y’all working hours. Happy took myself across the street to the other btj wing spot and they just lost a customer. While the other wing spot had just opened too they didn’t turn me away and told me wait 25minutes. This is bad business. You shouldn’t be turning customers away. At this point this is lack of professionalism and y’all might as well turn the open sign off. The lady had a rude demeanor.

DO NOT order online from this place. We tried DoorDash and my food was completely wrong. I called up and they acted like they didn’t care and told me i could call DoorDash if i had a problem. They also didn’t provide all of the drinks which they blamed on the delivery person but their online reviews state they frequently forget the drinks. This was my first impression of this restaurant and I can promise I will not be returning in store or online.

I work across from American deli. I usually take break from work to order in person or I will call and place order online. Yesterday I placed order and the lady told me my ticket number was 135. I went in to make payment and collect my food, only to be told that my order was not in their system. SMH why waste my time to take my order if you guys wasn’t going to place it in the system. That was very unprofessional!

Best American deli. I've ever had & i'm a truck driver. Cashier girl was respectful. Food is very good. Shrimp fried rice great amount of shrimp. Wings crispy & Exactly how i ordered. I have no complaints. EXCELLENT.. i will be back..
First time I went there the chicken wings were burned, the beef patties were burn, I contacted American deli and was offered a free meal once my family got there we were threatened like bums and once again the burgers were burned, the chicken wings was so hard that tasted freezer burned and burned all together, Kurt lee contact me to fix the first issue but made things worse than it was, if I was able to do 0 stars I would do so, don't go eat here, worse place in Gastonia NC, better go to McDonald's or burger king they have better burgers, better chicken, better customer service, American deli has the worse cooks and worse experience, can't even follow simple instructions
Kid-friendliness: They are not kind at all, will make you feel like a bum even though they messed up every single order they come across, American deli is not a family friendly environment

The website says they are open untill 9:30pm. I arrived at 9:06pm. Was not greeted had to approach the young lady working the counter. Was informed they dont take orders after 9: 05 pm and Have a good day. If your employees hate their job they should definately not work the register. and if you close at 9pm chanhe your hours.
