Agave has recently become our most favorite Mexican restaurant of all time.
The first taste of the house Salsa and we were already starting to be hooked.
Then the food came and blew us away. Everything we've had there has been exceptionally good.

Excellent waitress! Great food!
Since we first ate here the year it opened - AGAVE has not disappointed. Tonight we had their fajitas special. The wife had the typical steak fajitas. I however requested a shrimp fajitas chimichangas and OMG it was phenomenal 😋
Customer service is top notch and I believe this has been a critical aspect of their success!!

Agave Mexican Restaurant in Gastonia offers amazing traditional and Tex-Mex dishes. The shrimp and fish ceviche, oysters, and tamales are outstanding. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious and fresh, with fresh avocado slices. The rice, agua de piña, and pineapple fajitas are highly recommended. The staff is sweet, attentive, and personable, making guests feel at home. Many customers call it their favorite Mexican restaurant, praising the exceptional food and best service. The house salsa is a must-try, and the catering options are wonderful for parties. Agave is a place you won't be disappointed with!
Nate and Ambi always make sure customers are well-fed and have an enjoyable dining experience. The Delicious and SPICY ceviche, as well as the excellent service, are praised by customers. The carne asada with fresh guacamole and the michelada with Negra Modelo are customer favorites. The seafood menu is quite extensive, and the enchiladas, both shrimp and chicken, are very good, with a bit of spice. Agave's food is always great, with very generous portions, and the service is excellent. Customers especially love the shrimp dishes and the margaritas, and they highly recommend the restaurant.
