Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

We were the first to order upon the store opening at 11. Other customers started trailing in a few minutes later. We noticed everyone was getting orders before us. At 11:30, we still had not received any of our food. At 11:40, I went to the counter to see what was taking so long and noticed that call in orders were made and ours still had not even been started on.
I said we had no more time to wait and that I’d like a refund. The “lady” making sandwiches then threatened me and said “she’s not the one” to get an attitude with. Got a refund and left!

Check your carry out . They got me for a salad. They won't answer the phone . Not high on my list at the moment.

they have the most complicated online ordering system ever and their lack of answering the phones forces you to use it- required to create an account, verifying account, trying to force you to sign up for notifications like seriously, when did food service become so complicated?

Bellacino's is a long time Gastonia restaurant and always busy. You can eat in or take out. Their grinders are all heafty and taste great. Pizzas come in all sizes and varieties. We usually get our food for take out.
My only complaint is there is no seating for take out customers and we often have to sit at one of the tables in the dining area to wait for to-go orders.

Wheelchair accessibility: You will need assistance getting in/out of the restaurant via wheelchair...the only door is not automatic and someone will need to hold it open for you.

Food is great when they get it right. This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant in ordered over the phone and our order has been incorrect both times. It’s very upsetting to spend our money and drive 20 minutes just to get our food wrong.

Love the Lasagna and spaghetti every single time.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I dream about this pizza. I literally bring Bellacinos up in any conversation regarding pizza. Any time I’m craving pizza, this is the pizza I want. I am so sad that I now live all the way in Philly and I cannot experience their pepperoni pizza. I’ve done myself a great disservice moving 563 miles away from them. It’s been 2 long years since I’ve had my medium pepperoni pizza. I cry often just thinking about it. I’ll never forget you, Bellacinos. I’ll be back as soon as I can ?

Nice people really bad food. Got the cheese pizza and ravioli with garlic bread. Both were horrible worst pizza I have had and I’ve had gas station pizza before smh

First time at this location. Their pizza is the best and I miss the Matthews location that was closer. Still plan on returning from time to time. Try the Bellacino's pride pizza you won't regret it!
