Delicious food, especially the Pho! Such a hidden gem!

Stopped by Beppa on Wednesday before work and I’m already planning my next visit 😍
I ordered the shrimp shumai and the Et Tu, Tuna roll (kani, cucumber, salmon, scallion, yellowtail, avocado, spicy tuna, jalapeño, masago, spicy mayo) and WOW. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just perfectly put together. That roll especially had the perfect balance of heat and freshness 🤌
And let me just say… their Thai tea is SO freaking good. Like, don’t skip it.

Based on the reviews, Bep-pa is a restaurant where the food is delicious, very flavorful, and inexpensive. The broth is the star, being rich, flavorful, and comforting. The mixed beef pho is absolutely delicious with very tender meats, and the Beef Pho is also mentioned as amazing. The hibachi shrimp is good. The Korean Bowl is colorful, an explosion of flavors. The Fried Rice with Beef has a huge portion. The shrimp shumai and Et Tu, Tuna roll (kani, cucumber, salmon, scallion, yellowtail, avocado, spicy tuna, jalapeño, masago, spicy mayo) are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. The gyozas are savory and indulgent, and the shumai is still delicious when steamed. The sushi selection is versatile with fresh seafood and quality ingredients. The Thai tea is SO freaking good. While the Eggrolls had absolutely no flavor, the Goyza was a tad overcooked but had a good texture. The restaurant may not look fancy from the outside and is more fast-food style, but the food is amazing. The service is great, and the waitress is efficient and sweet.
