When asked if they didn't have the chicken or didn't want to cook it, she wouldn't answer us. A guy came to the speaker and said they had closed their fries. 45 minutes before closing.?????

BADDD!!! Please don't buy your family meals from here. I was told to wait 20 min bc they were making fresh chicken and when I get home to serve the meal it was horrible! This chicken ain't fresh looks to me like they double fry it. U can taste the burnt oil in the chicken.. this is the second time my chicken it's horrible .. I used to love buying from bojangles but this Is ridiculous, I won't be buying from them no more.

This one should be closed. Horrible service, not only is it slow but the staff gives you an attitude if you ask for extra condiments. Try to use door dash to avoid the hostile employees but they cancel any order that is placed on Doordarshan. Must be so they can give you an attitude about them having to do actual work and not stand around around getting a free check. I will never visit this location and I'll advise other to start doing the same

The service here was horrible. The lines were long because it was morning and it was the only restaurant that was open at the time because KFC didn’t open until 10:30. So I stood in line when it was my turn the lady really looked me in my face and asked me could she take the order of the guy behind me. I told her no i stood in line and he got there after me. I asked for a supreme combo and she said we don’t have chicken. I said what? She said I mean we do but I won’t drop it until lunch I looked at my watch and it said 10:27 I said what time is lunch 10:30? She said 1:00 or 2:00 pm. I said are you sure she said yeah. I looked it up it said 10:30. I just went to KFC.

This Bojangles is not somewhere you want to eat. Drive thru is taking 10 mins per car and they are not pulling any cars to keep the line moving. It took me almost 45 mins to get thru the line and I only have a 30 min lunch break. Then, to make matters worse, my food was cold and nasty when I got it. Improper training and poor management is messing this store up bad. I don't want anything free, I just want corporate to look into the issues here before it really ruins the business. This is the Gastonia, NC location at the corner of New Hope Rd and Remount Rd.

If you're in a rush for breakfast or lunch, I wouldn't recommend stopping by this location at all. The shortest amount of time I have waited in this drive thru line in the morning is 20 minutes, not even joking. And I stop by this location pretty often. If you're going during any other time in the day except the morning and afternoon, you'll definitely have much better luck and not have to wait a ridiculously long time for your food. However, when you finally do get your food, it is almost always hot and fresh. The drive thru line takes so long because indoors is still closed at this location. It sucks, but it's all they can do right now so I'm not upset at the employees.

Drove through the drive thru today, to be told they were closed at 2pm on a Sunday. Totally understand being short-staffed. However one employee was standing in front of the door smoking, and another employee was standing by the dumpster smoking.
